1: About the material: k9 optics crystal, no air bubble.
2 We use the very latest laser technology to engrave the fine lace like 3D images. The intricately detailed 3D design is created using the power of laser light to form a series of microdots within the crystal. By controlling the movement of the beam and the microdot density we can produce an intriguing and finely detailed design.
3: Our price is low.
4: We promise to answer customer' s questions at the fastest speed within 24 hours.
5: We don’ t have any restriction for customer’ s order, no matter it’ s small or large, we all accept. But the price of small order will be higher than price of large one, this is not because of our profit, it’ s because of the sales cost.
6: We can produce custom-made items according to customer’ s requirement, it’ s no problem, the artwork can be pictures, drawings or files and so on.
7: Usually we accept T/ T payment except very large order, that’ s 30% deposit before production and 70% after the shipment. For large order, we prefer L/ C. , but if you need, we can also quote you CIF and CFR prices.
8: We usually choose the delivery way according to customer’ s requirement, by sea or by air. For urgent order, delivery by air is necessary, for usual order, delivery by sea will be suitable.
9: Soever our customer is not satisfied with our quality and give us the reason, or any breakage during transportation because of our packing problem, One solution is to deduct the money of unqualified products from the order, the other solution is to replace with qualified products in next order. Both are ok.
10: We will use our gifts box to pack your order if you are ok with our packing methods. If you prefer your own packing way, we just take the new packing way as you required.
